No: 322, 14 December 2020, Press Release Regarding The Armed Attack On A Secondary School In Nigeria
We are deeply saddened by the news that more than 400 students are missing or abducted in the attack organized by an armed group to a secondary school in northwestern Katsina State of Nigeria on the night of 11 December 2020.
We strongly condemn this heinous attack organized by unidentified assailants targeting innocent school-age children. We wish those missing students to rejoin their families safe and sound as soon as possible and present our deepest sympathies to the friendly and brotherly people and Government of Nigeria.
